Reports in Australia say that Home and Away actress Jessica Falkholt has died, two weeks after being in a auto crash that also killed her parents, 21-year-old sister and the driver of the other vehicle.

Falkholt had undergone several surgeries since the crash, according to the UK Telegraph.

Following reports her life support had been turned off, Home and Away tweeted: "Rest in peace, attractive Jessica Falkholt".

There has been no official confirmation from the NSW Police or hospital that the actress has died.

Jessica Falkholt has been taken off life support after being involved in a vehicle accident that killed four others.

Falkholt's family were laid to rest after a funeral at St Mary's Catholic Church in Concord on Wednesday.

The report says that the decision of turning Jessica's life support off was made by the family of the actress, after the heart-wrenching funeral of her sister and parents.
