While Fort Campbell's number increase dramatically between 2013 and 2016, the number of reported sexual assaults dropped at Fort Knox.
The number of sexual assaults reported on Fort Carson has almost tripled - in the last four years.
Since 2005, the military has encouraged service men and women to report acts of sexual assault instead of worrying about ridicule or retaliation.
"As a result, the number of reports listed for an installation doesn't necessarily mean that the alleged incident occurred there", Galbreath said in a press release. Previously, during the 2014 fiscal year, SAPRO estimated that only 14 percent of military victims were reporting.
The military has about 1.3 million active-duty troops.
In 2013 there were 165 unrestricted reports and 42 restricted. There were 169 reports from Camp Lejeune in North Carolina, a Marine Corps installation.

"One of the features of the department's reporting program is that service members can report allegations of sexual assault at any time and at any place", Nate Galbreath, deputy director of the Defense Department's sexual assault prevention and response office, told the Hill in a statement.
Below, the graph indicates the number of sexual assaults reported from fiscal year 2013 to fiscal year 2016. That number jumps up to 59 in 2015 and 44 in 2016.
There's also a recorded increase at the U.S. Air Force Academy.
A restricted report is one made confidentially by a victim who may be seeking "advocacy, support services, medical care, and mental health counseling" and is not referred to criminal investigation, SAPRO said.
For fiscal year 2016, 270 such cases occurred at Naval Station Norfolk in Virginia, while a total of 211 occurred at a combined group of US facilities in South Korea, the data show. "In general, increased reporting may reflect trust in our command and the military judicial process, and we feel our sexual assault and sexual harassment training and education efforts continue to foster and build that trust".
He said "A report could involve allegations for an incident that occurred while on deployment, while away on leave, or even prior to entering the military".
San Diego is the second largest Navy complex following Norfolk, Virginia, which had the most sexual assault reports of any Navy base in 2016: 240.
