On Monday, he made a comment about an upcoming film - and festival hit - "Call Me By Your Name", a gay romantic drama starring Armie Hammer.

On Twitter Sunday, the conservative actor lashed out against the gay romance film, which follows Hammer's 24-year-old character and his 17-year-old love interest (Timothée Chalamet).

Earlier on Monday, Woods shared a post about the film and wrote, "As they quietly chip away the last barriers of decency".

Tamblyn had claimed she was at a restaurant when she approached by Woods.

James Woods says Amber Tamblyn's story about his alleged attempted pick-up is "a lie".

That he can see that players love to play for him, there's a love and togetherness. You have to bring something on the table.

The film, which hits theaters on November 24, already achieved critical acclaim at Sundance and at this weekend's Toronto International Film Festival, and it depicts a relationship between a 24-year-old and 17-year-old in 1980s Italy.

"He wanted to take us to Vegas. "Even better" he said", the actress wrote. "I'm 16" I said.

Woods denied the allegations, writing, "The first is illegal".

Woods responded to the onslaught of criticism he was receiving on Twitter by saying he doesn't care what liberals think on the matter. Woods later dropped the suit after receiving a letter signed by the user acknowledging that he didn't know if Woods used cocaine. Prior to that, he was dating someone a little closer to his age-26-year-old Ashley Madison. She attached a screenshot of a convo with her friend - who confirmed the run in with Woods so many years ago.

Harris caught wind of the comment and blasted Woods for his incentive words, calling him utterly "Ignorant and classless".
