Hellboy, Raiden & Black Manta Officially Announced as Injustice 2 DLC

24 August 2017

Fighter Pack 2 goes on sale September 12, and while Hellboy might not be the first character to appear there, he will be in your clutches sometime thereafter.

Injustice 2's second pack of DLC fighters has been revealed, with only one character coming from the DC Comics universe.

The fighters are just the latest batch of post launch content that Injustice 2 has been so great about rolling out at a consistent rate.

The weird thing with the Fighter Packs is that all of the combatants don't release at the same time, as NetherRealm has elected to release them over time gradually. Raiden is the thunder god who has been a part of the Mortal Kombat series since the very beginning.

Hellboy, Black Manta and Raiden join Injustice 2 in upcoming Fighter Pack 2

Released in May of this year, Injustice 2 originally contained 28 playable characters. Just imagining the conversations he would have with Bats, Flash and the like is enough to get me to catch up with recent releases. NetherRealm's previous game, Mortal Kombat X, featured a bevy of horror characters like the Xenomorph from Alien, Leatherface, Jason Voorhees, and even the Predator. However, Hellboy-from the Dark Horse Comics created by Mike Mignola-is the real coup for NetherRealm Studios.

While this trailer doesn't provide much information on the characters' combat styles, aside from Black Manta's shoulder-mounted rocket launchers and Raiden's teleportation ability, it provides a good look at Hellboy, who appears very different from his fellow combatants.

The other included characters were more or less expected, with their distinct silhouettes having sat on the menu screen for quite a while.

Echeverria is not alone, as various other women have sued the consumer goods giant claiming its baby powder caused their cancer. Louis, Missouri jury in May awarded $110.5m (£85m) to a Virginia woman who was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2012 .
