The daughter of the President of the United States Donald trump Ivanka trump is expected to testify about the possibility of copying its Shoe design company shoes the company-competitor.

The trademark infringement lawsuit was initially filed by designer shoemaker Aquazzura against Ivanka's company, IT Collection LLC, in June a year ago.

Forrest did put limits on Trump's deposition, saying it can last no more than two hours because of her "competing professional obligations".

The lawsuit against Trump and Marc Fisher, who partnered with Trump to launch her eponymous footwear brand in 2010, accused the duo of "seeking the same success Aquazzura experienced, but without having to put in the hard creative work". According to the lawsuit, Trump's company stopped selling another shoe after Aquazurra complained. Trump has the option to complete the deposition in Washington.

The judge said the first daughter must submit questions in a deposition that should occur prior to October.

Cosby, sitting across the room at the defense table, leaned in to listen, whispered to his lawyer and, at times, shook his head. Cosby has denied all the charges and is not expected to take the stand. "She called me at work", the mother testified.

Moreover, Ivanka trump has stated that he does not possess sufficient information regarding this Shoe.

ABC News reports that Ivanka filed a declaration in court last week that claims she is the former president of IT Collection LLC after taking on a role in the White House.

Forrest wrote that Ivanka Trump's deposition is necessary because she was a company executive during the time the shoes were made and had "high-level, authoritative, personal involvement" in the company.

"My involvement was strictly limited to the final sign-off of each season's line after it was first reviewed and approved by the company's design team", she said.

Aquazzura alleged that Trump copied almost every detail of the "Wild Thing" sandal, from the shape and silhouette to the fringe and tassel.
